This meeting has been used to throw the main conclusions obtained during the two years of life of the project, to reflect on them and to lay the foundations both for the sustainability of the results achieved in the project and to define possible future collaborations where these results will be put in value.

The partners have also had the opportunity to disseminate in Romania the main results achieved by the project, highlighting the benefits and utilities of the circular economy to make a more sustainable world and to achieve a greater inclusion of young people at social and labour level.

The project will continue its course with the realisation of the final dissemination events in each of the regions represented in the project.

Del 1 al 5 de julio de 2024 tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela (España) la semana de formación «Formación para Jóvenes», desarrollada en el marco del proyecto El Camino Circular hacia la Inclusión.

20 jóvenes de 4 países de la Unión Europea (Portugal, Letonia, Rumanía y España) tuvieron la oportunidad de disfrutar de una experiencia intercultural y adquirir una serie de habilidades y valores relacionados con la economía circular y cómo esta puede representar un medio relevante para la inclusión social y laboral.

De esta manera, durante los 5 días los jóvenes pudieron alternar sesiones formativas en formato taller con visitas de estudio donde participaron de manera práctica en experiencias reales relacionadas con la economía circular y la inclusión.

El proyecto continuará su camino con la última reunión internacional de socios en Arad (Rumanía) y la realización de los diferentes eventos de difusión del proyecto en cada una de las regiones representadas

Formación para el personal en Santiago de Compostela para hacer de la economía circular un camino hacia la inclusión de los jóvenes /es/formacion-para-el-personal-en-santiago-de-compostela-para-hacer-de-la-economia-circular-un-camino-hacia-la-inclusion-de-los-jovenes/ Mon, 24 Jun 2024 16:04:20 +0000 /formacion-para-el-personal-en-santiago-de-compostela-para-hacer-de-la-economia-circular-un-camino-hacia-la-inclusion-de-los-jovenes/ El Circular Way hacia la Inclusión ha celebrado entre el 17 y el 21 de junio en la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela la semana de formación para formadores en el ámbito juvenil.

Esta formación contó con la participación de al menos dos miembros de cada uno de los 5 socios del proyecto bajo un enfoque de aprendizaje entre iguales, combinando una serie de acciones formativas estilo taller con visitas de estudio relacionadas con el campo de la economía circular y la inclusión social y laboral de los jóvenes.

Las competencias adquiridas por el personal de las entidades participantes como resultado de esta experiencia de aprendizaje conjunta han sido las siguientes:

  • Habilidades Verdes: Habilidades verdes, basadas en las Rs de la Economía Circular
  • Soluciones Formativas: Provisión de soluciones formativas basadas en la Economía Circular desde una perspectiva social y del mercado laboral
  • Integración: Desarrollo de actividades bajo los principios de la Economía Circular para la integración de jóvenes con menos posibilidades

El proyecto continuará su itinerario formativo con la celebración, del 1 al 5 de julio de 2024, del Evento Formativo para Jóvenes (también en la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela), en el cual los jóvenes de los 4 países de la UE representados en el proyecto serán formados sobre las posibilidades que la economía circular ofrece para su inclusión social y laboral.

On 5 and 6 March 2024, the third transnational meeting was held in the Portuguese city of Lisbon, with the participation of the 5 partners of The Circular Way to Inclusion project.

In this meeting the different results achieved so far in the framework of the project were presented, especially the two Training kits on circular economy and on youth socio-labour inclusion. 

On the other hand, the foundations were laid for the celebration of the two training events of the project aimed at both trainers and young people from the regions represented in the project, which will be held in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) during the months of June and July, respectively, and which will serve to enhance the training resources developed during the project and thus multiply the impact of the circular economy for the socio-labour inclusion of young people.

The next partners’ meeting will take place in the Romanian city of Arad in September 2024, where the conclusions reached in the project and the mechanisms for its future sustainability will be defined.

The objective of these guidelines is to provide the necessary information for workers and volunteers from youth organizations to create impactful awareness-raising campaigns that inspire the next generation to adopt sustainable practices and have a positive impact.

The main audience for which this material has been developed for youth organization workers and volunteers, who have the capacity to empower and support young people to live sustainably and adopt circular economy practices.

The Circular Way to Inclusion project has made available a new series of best practices, this time related to successful initiatives on youth inclusion at social/labour market level.

It is a new compilation of factsheets describing social inclusion best practices across Europe. The objective of these factsheets is to show concrete and successful examples of youngsters’ integration and involvement on the society, especially addressing those with fewer opportunities.

These best practices complement the specific ones related to circular economy and will set the basis for the development of the Training Kit on youth inclusion at social/labour market level which will be developed in the following moths of project implementation.
