The Circular Way to Inclusion project develops a set of training materials, tools and activities that help to increase the competences of staff from youth organisations in the provision of Circular Economy – based solutions for the inclusion of youngsters at social and labour market level.
The trained staff will contribute that youth organisations offer more innovative, accessible and attractive training activities in the Circular Economy area, making this concept an opportunity to grow at both personal and professional level.
CIRCULAR WAY

The Circular Way to Inclusion project improves the competences of the staff (volunteers/trainers/youth workers) from organisations active in the field of youth and inclusion at social and labour market level, by developing a series of training materials and tools that will reinforce:

The green skills of staff from youth organisations, based on the Rs of the Circular Economy

training solutions
The competences of staff from youth organisations in the provision of training solutions based on Circular Economy under a social and labour market perspective.

raising campaign
The capacity of staff from youth organisations to develop successful awareness raising campaign under the Circular Economy principles for the integration of youngsters with fewer possibilities.

inter-relational capacity
The inter-relational capacity of organisations active in the youth field from environmental and inclusion areas.

training activities
The capacity of youth organisations to offer innovative and attractive training activities based on Circular Economy.

The skills
The skills of the youngsters in relation to Circular Economy principles.
