Non-profit, multisectorial business organization established as a reference entity for the defense, promotion, and representation of non-profit initiatives in the Social Economy, such as Special Employment Centers. Its objective is to promote quality employment for people with disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion, and their inclusion in the economic, social, and business activities of Galicia.
LABOR RELATIONS: Employment, Collective Bargaining, and Policies on diversity, accessibility, and equality in employment.
COMMERCIAL PROMOTION: Collaborates with programs and networks to enhance the competitiveness of Special Employment Centers (CEEIS) so that they can participate in the market under better conditions.
BUSINESS COLLABORATION: Agreements or activities that improve the competitiveness of associated Special Employment Centers, with different types of cooperation based on the economic or social objectives to be achieved.
WOMEN AND DISABILITY UNIT: To contribute to the effective integration of gender equality in social initiative Special Employment Centers (CEEIS), various initiatives and tools are implemented to address equality-related topics within the organizations. Additionally, innovative awareness campaigns on employment, women, and disability are developed, and the current state of equality in Galician CEEIS is analyzed.
