Non-profit special employment center with a social initiative promoted by the Lar Foundation, aiming to employ people with Severe Mental Disorders (SMD). We work towards achieving the labor integration of individuals with SMD by creating real, stable, and high-quality jobs. In this way, we combat the stigma associated with these conditions and improve the quality of life for these individuals.
