The Circular Way to Inclusion project has officially started with the celebration of the kick-off meeting in Santiago de Compostela on the 25th and 26th of January 2023, with the presence of the representatives of all the partners: Concello de Santiago (Spain), Circular Economy Portugal (Portugal), EIVA (Romania), Fundación Paideia Galiza (Spain) and Impact Hub Liepāja (Latvia).
This project, which will last 2 years, will develop a set of training materials, tools and activities that help to increase the competences of staff from youth organisations in the provision of Circular Economy – based solutions for the inclusion of youngsters at social and labour market level.
The trained staff will contribute that youth organisations offer more innovative, accessible and attractive training activities in the Circular Economy area, making this concept an opportunity to grow at both personal and professional level.
This first meeting has served to structure the first actions, timeline and responsibilities, especially related to the identification of good practices, both in terms of the different Rs of the circular economy and at the socio-labour level.
Stay tuned to discover how circular economy can contribute to make a change in your organisation!
